My Little Man is One!! Happy 1st Birthday Lucas!!
I can't believe it...a year ago today he came crashing into my world...turning it upside down, shaking it all around and filled my heart and my life with so much love - more than I ever knew existed.
It has been an amazing year...so many challenges...yet so very rewarding. I couldn’t imagine my life without this little boy and each day I feel blessed by the privilege of being his mommy.
Thank you Lucas - for making me a mommy, for making all of us a family and for showing us more love, more happiness, and more joy than we ever thought possible. We love you so very much!

Thank you all so much for all of your support, all of your help and advice, and all of your patience. All that I learned, all that we overcame, and all that we have today I owe so much thanks to each of you. Being a parent isn’t easy - so much unknown and it can be overwhelming and scary at times but having people to turn to and ask questions to makes a huge difference. So whether we’ve spoken, or met…or not…I thank you with all of my heart because whether you realize it or not…you touch my life in so many ways.
And to Ro (Sweets13) – we are thinking of you today with much anticipation on the arrival of your little girl. It’s a special day all around! Take care and know that you and your family are held in our hearts today!!!! Lucas wishes your little girl a very Happy Birthday too – can’t think of a more special person to share this day with!

Wow! One year has flown by and little man is already on the run!!! Have a fantastic birthday Lucas and we can't wait to see you this weekend to PARTAY!!!!!!
Nice to know he wasn't crying at my singing Happy Birthday  But if it's cupcakes at 7am at Lucas' house, we may have to start getting up earlier!
