My heel just broke
I don't have a change or flip flops with me.
These shoes are under a year old and I don't wear them too much. What should I do? Should I bring them back to the store? I don't have the receipt. I'm not sure if they can be repaired because the heel is covered in suede.
I have them in all black. My dh will be happy he thinks the back looks like a turkey's neck.

what store did you buy them in?
if it were a good dept. store w/ quality customer service and the shoes were $ i would bring them back - they are not old by any means esp. since you barely wore them. i don't think the heel should be breaking that easily!
who makes the shoe?

I bought them in the Off 5th Saks store in Deer Park. My friend said to go to the actual Saks store instead of the outlet bc they treat the customers better. Even on "clearance" they were close to $200. They are made by LAMB.
I've had shoes where the heel comes off the shoe and thast can be easily fixed but these ones snapped in the middle.
I hobbled through the mall on my lunch break to get flip flops. It was so funny bc in JCrew they moved stuff around so the girl couldn't find the wedge flip flops. I was following her all over the store at a snails pace.

Oh jeez!
Yeah - go to the SAKS store - they don't know you bought it at the outlet and at the price you paid they should do SOMETHING!
I feel a store credit is in order - that is terrible to have it break like that.
