My first big weight loss week, so close to my first mini goal
As I mentioned I lost 20 lbs on my own or just fits and spurts of WW over a few years and then joined WW in Sept. Since then I'd been losing like .4 or .5 per week. Well for the first week of the new plan I lost .7, and this week, I did the new plan and the treadmill and I lost 1.4!!!!!!!!
I know that's a small amount for some of you girls, but it doubled my previous highest amount lost. If I lose another 1.4 this week (or even 1.3) I'll be under 200lbs, which I haven't been in probably maybe 7 years.
This also gives me hope that I can meet my other mini-goal which is that I'm down 27 lbs. I have 25 weeks until the wedding and I want to lose 25 more.
I CAN DO IT!!!
Thanks so much for listening. Since the weight has been coming of soooo slooowly I really need the celebrate EVERY day to keep myself going!!!!
Also, when I lose the 25 lbs by the wedding I'll be pretty close to the weight I was when FH and I met. (Plus the freshman 15 I gained early because he used to bring me lots of snacks when we were dating..haha). I wasn't thin in HS by any means, but how great would it be to get back to a HS weight?

I'm so bummed right now. i know I shouldn't be weighing myself in between w/i days but all week I've bene back up to 203.something GRRR..so back to where I was 2 weeks ago. I don't know what happenned. I want to cry
