I forgot her name, but she was on in the evenings, i think, and was tall with short blonde hair. She was GREAT!
So glad you glad you had a good experience!
sounds like the nurse we had our last day.... I call her the miracle worker she calmed my son in 20 seconds after DH & Itried for almost 45 minutes
