My dog jumped on me! Is my baby ok??
I was laying in bed, on my back as DH got ready for work this AM and Bailey jumped up onto the bed, but one of her paws landed right on my belly just under my belly button.
Do you think the baby is ok??

Yes, I'm sure your baby is okay. My dog has done that to me and my baby is okay. You could always call your OBGYN to double check.

my dog has done this many times thoughout my pregnancy and sometimes it has really hurt but the baby was fine.

Ok, I feel better now (even though it was the rottie, not the puggle that jumped on me). Just some minor pain when she did it, but otherwise I feel fine. I'll be at the Dr tomorrow for a normal appt.

I don't have a dog but when I went for my sonogram, the technician was pushing hard on my belly to find my cervix...I thought I was going to have a bruise....so I guess if a tech can do it, you should be ok
