My DD's baptism!! Vendor Raves and Pic OVERLOAD!
We baptized our baby girl yesterday and just had to share some pics and give some raves.
The dress was bought from JCPenney and everyone just loved it and raved about how much she looked like a little doll.
She was baptized at St. Patrick's in Bay Shore and we had our reception at Shandon Court in E. Islip afterwards. The party was upstairs in the Jury Room and the entire staff was nothing short of amazing. All of our guests raved about the food. We did a buffet and added the potato soup and everyone LOVED IT. Seriously, if you ever have a party there, add the soup to the buffet because it's worth every penny!
I made cake pops for the party and used an etsy seller for the favor tags. They were purchased from A Pook and a Peep.
For the CPs, I wanted to do something besides balloons and I made little baskets that were filled with shredded paper and stuck CP sticks in them. The baskets were small plastic crates I got at the dollar store, and I went to Joann's Fabric and Craft store and bought yards of fabric and just covered them up with that. The shredded paper inside of them were another dollar store find!
The CPs on a stick were purchased from 5M Creations, also an etsy seller.
5MCreations also made the beautiful banner for the party as well:
The cake was made by Lori from lily-cakes and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone kept asking me what bakery made it and when I said a girlfriend of mine did it, they were blown away.
The DJ was Mitch from Party Up Entertainment...and he was extremely affordable and we really loved that he kept it pretty low key while dinner was being served. Later, he did games with the kids and got everyone on the dance floor. FM me for his contact info if you're interested.

Yes -- she is most definitely a mini-me of daddy. Though I take credit for her big eyes..those are mine!

Everything looked amazing...your daughter is beautiful, she does look like a doll! And I may be the minority here, but I think she looks like Mommy and Daddy, a nice combination!!

Everything was spectacular, as I knew it would be.
Ariana is such a doll, and I love the way you and DH are....you can just feel the love through your pictures (sounds so cheesy, but it's true!)
