My DD is cutting her first tooth and she's only 10 weeks old!!
DH and I have noticed that Reilly has been cranky at night over the past few days. I increased her formula intake, made sure her diapers were dry and took her temp many times. I read on Baby Center that she should start drooling soon and she did, earlier this week. Last night she was crying and seemingly inconsolable when DH put his finger in her mouth. HOLY SHIIT! My 10 week old DD is cutting her first tooth! And it's on the top no less!! You really can't see anything when I look at her gums but I sure can feel a hard little nub coming in!
Has anyone else's DC have teeth start to come in so early? I feel so bad for my little piglet!

Aww...My DD is 7 weeks and started teething last week. It's crazy.. so I asked the Dr. and he felt her gums and agreed. It really kills me to see DD in pain and theres not much I can do. I've tried teethers, frozen washcloth etc`... nothing works.
Dr. said at 8 weeks I can start tylenol for the pain, well I just gave her some the other night early and she slept much better and helped the pain.
i hope your DD feels better :)

Hope she's feeling ok, I have to start reading about teething, I have no clue when it'll start for Shane!!!!

Thanks for sharing! At least I don't feel like my DD's a freak now! There's always safety in numbers.  I gave her some Tylenol last night and it helped her too. I am just afraid that though we feel the tooth, it will take forever to actually come in, dragging out her pain.

yup.... thats how I feel. I am soo afraid that this tooth will take forever to come in and she will be in pain and teething for months...

yup. My first DD cut 2 teeth right after she turned 3 months old! She had 18 teeth at 12 months and had all her teeth by 14 months.
My other 2 babies cut teeth at 4 months old.

Emma is teething and she is only 13 weeks..she has been cranky too and today was running a low grade temp, so I just gave her some tylenol...poor thing.

does the tooth feel sharp? If it feels sharp that means it cut through. Once they cut through they normally start to feel better but if you baby is like mine they will keep getting the teeth close together so it will feel like they are always in pain.
This is what my first DD's tooth looked like right before they cut (we could feel bumps):
here they were 7 days later after they cut through:
if she likes it (my first DD hated it but my second DD loved it) then rub her gums where the bumps are. It will help them cut through. My second DD loved when I would rub them and I actually was rubbing her first tooth and it cut through!

Awwwe poor baby. My DD is a day younger than yours and started drooling a lot recently and I was thinking maybe she started teething.
