My current boss
Is at an event on the other coast..
He is flying home to his "castle" (yes, it's a castle) in VA instead of his apt here in NYC. He forgot that his wife has an event Saturday night that requires a tux. Both of his tuxes are here in his NYC apt.
Guess what he wanted me to do.

I would have to go to his apt downtown...I am working from home today.
I would have to convince the doorman to let me in, take the tux and stuff it in a fedex and ship it to VA.

If he is so rich and upitty upitty why does he only have 2 tux's in the first place. Doesn't he go to many black tie events?
And, wouldn't it just be more cost effective to buy one in VA and leave it there?
Boy, people are nuts. I hope you told him to hop on a red eye and get it himself!

first of all, how would you get into his apt in NY? 
2nd, is he out of his MIND?!
3rd, if he lives in a castle, why doesn't he have a tux there? isn't that a pre-requisite for owning a castle anyway?

you guys are funny.
Yes, he lives in a castle but it's like a farm castle..he rides his Harley, tends to chickens and horses.
His wife is the one that is black tie.
He said he would take the red eye home to get it and then drive his car back to VA..I told him to take the morning flight out because I couldn't get him a first class flight home on the red eye.
He's flying back tomorrow morning to NYC to get his tux and then drive down.
Also, he has me calling everywhere looking for this couture line of clothing his wife wants and they don't sell it in NY! I had to call Beverly Hills to get it. They are snapping pictures of it and emailing it to me later and I will have to pick something and send it to VA for Saturday delivery.
Good thing my old boss is coming back. She offered me a job and I accepted.

I emailed my old boss about it and she said she thought she was high maintenance until she heard this!!!

I gather that he does his thing and she does her thing. She is about 18 years older than him. She's also beautiful and nice but I've never met her. I've seen pics.
He stays in the city m-f and goes to VA on the weekends.
He travels a lot too.
Not my idea of a relationship but to each his/her own.
