I am so sorry! I lost a kitty back in September due to severe kidney failure. Like yourself we stayed with her during her last moments of life. We also have other cats at home, but they are all so unique that the loss of her presence is noticed every day. She was the first we put down as adults and we still miss her and cry for her. I so understand... if you ever need to talk feel free to fm me. May your kitty rest in peace. May you find peace in knowing you gave your fur-baby a great loving home.

I lost my little girl Missy on October 3rd to cancer, she was only 7, I know exactly how you feel. I'm so sorry for your loss, I can only tell you that it will get better. I still miss her terribly, but I have so many wonderful memories that can now make me smile instead of cry.
