My boss just confirmed
This is our last 5pm Friday until Sept! During the summer we have early dismissal on Fri's at 2pm!!! At least one thing feels like summer

ooh i am jealous! my mom has the same thing in her office, but they get out at 1pm on fridays.
i'm stuck here till 4 no matter what

We have Summer hours too. From next Friday to the Friday of Labor Day weekend, we can leave at 1.

Summer Friday is just a shortened day because we're slow.
And yep, we still get paid. We're not hourly.

We have Early Friday's between Memorial Day and Labor Day- but we can't leave for lunch and we only get out an hour earlier.
Still, I'll take it!

I just found out that my new job has summer hours. Everyother friday we get to leave 4 hours early. Thats 1:30pm. So we rotate with others in the department. I am so not used to this. My old job would not have let you left even 5 mins early.
