My beautiful princess is here
My little Sophialicious was born via scheduled c-section on Monday at 8:12 am. She weighed 8lbs 15oz and was 21 inches. My birth story is so easy. Went in at 5:30 am, surgery started at 7:48, baby was out at 8:12, and I was in recovery by 9. I was in pain Monday,out of bed yesterday with pain and I'm walking laps this morning. It has been a very easy recovery, but I am a firm believer in making the best out of recovery.
She is a screamer and we are working on adjusting to each other. I'm having a little trouble with nursing, but I'm not giving up yet. DH is addicted to her and her sweet little face.
I can't post pics from my iPad (or maybe I can, if anyone knows how), but hopefully one of my Facebook friends can post a pic :)

Congrats danielle! Enjoy your new little one. The nursing is difficult for everyone in the beginning... It's something we've all never done so it's expected. I too became very fed up... But my dd couldn't latch properly bc of her tongue tie so we did give up. Otherwise, just keep working at it! I'm sure you're doing great mommy!!!
