My Baby Making Plan for Feb
I am not talking about BDing or temping or anything I already do.
I decided to change my diet drastically-being an arthritic, I have a naturally acidic body. I did a lot of research on foods that trigger the inflammatory response.
So, after my b-day, we are going food shopping.
My goal is to make my body super healthy for my prospective child!

We are going to try to eat as many veggies and raw foods (raw veggies) as possible, nuts, beans, fresh fruit. I am cutting down dairy and red meat.

Re: My Baby Making Plan for Feb
I spoke to DH about this because he is into food acidity and stuff like that.
He recommended you read a book called the PH miracle diet (I'll find the link for you if you want - its on amazon) and try to eat as raw as possible. Cooking anything makes food acidic - even vegetables.
Wheat grass juice is good also - but it has to be freshly made at the health food store, which can be pricey. We used to do it daily when we could spend that kind of money!
Where do you live?
Also, freshly squeezed oj if you want juice - pasteurized is acidic - if you have any questions, let me know!

Sounds like you are really motivated!
I hope to get in better shape by april/may.
(I have to say- a part of me feels like, why should I bother losing the 5lbs I want to lose if I am going to get pregnant eventually (I hope!) and gain it all back!?!

Thanks so much! We are in Commack now and moving to Boca Raton, Florida, hopefully soon. I am going to try to eat as many raw foods as possible. Food shopping commencing later today!
