My 1st Hello..And a ?

Hey girls Im new to this site as well as new to TTC!!! So just wanted to say hello and wish everyone the best! :)

I also have a ? My . isnt due until Tues but Ive been so anxious to test so I did just now and got a very faint (+) 1st response was the brand I used. So I got all excited and ran out to go and buy a digital- ept and now the digital says negative...?? The 1st response says it detects your . 6 days before your missed . and the ept says 5 days??? Has this happened to anyone? Just wondering but I will def be testing again since I bought the 3 pack :)

don't go by the amount of days written on the boxes... that's just advertising stuff... it's not necessarily true... it's def not true for ALL cases.

Different tests hold different levels of sensitivity. So it could be VERY possible to get a positive on one test and not another because that test is probably looking for less of the pregnancy hormone than the other test.

you should test again with FMU using the same type of test you got a faint positive on. and also test with a more sensitive digital. I say to pee in a cup so you can test with the same urine sample too.

Since your period isn't due yet and you are fairly early, you def want to test with a more sensitive test.

buy tests with the lower numbers from these sites to test with...
