Musinex
Gm Ladies. As I figured, I am out. AF came on Friday. But I'm trying my best to be optomistic and continue on.
So I bought some musinex. Tuesday will be day 5 for AF and I usually O 3-4 days after AF. So, when should I start to take the musinex? I'm hoping this will work. After reading all of your posts about EWCM, I realized that I never have that. Maybe a little right before O, but nothing like it's supposed to be. I know those spermies need it to find their way to the egg...tia

Start it a few days before you O, I think it's one dose every 12 hours. Make sure you got plain Mucinex and not the kind with a decongestant (which would dry up your CM). Also be sure to drink a lot of water; that helps your CM be more "fluid" too. Good luck!

I've been thinking about this too. If I'm out this month, I was thinking of trying it next month. But what about us long, unpredictable cycle ladies??? When should we take it?

i got my BFP after using mucinex...try using it the day after AF through the next week and a half after just be cover all your bases (unless u get your +opk sooner..then i would take it until 2-3 days after your positive OPK

Cool. AF left yesterday, so I'm going to start taking it tomorrow. When I googled how to increase CM, it said to make sure you buy cold meds that have guaifenesin, which is what I bought. So keep that in mind when you buy it.
I sure hope this works. I also bought grapefruit juice and green tea!  I'm def a lil wacky with this whole TTC process! Hey, whatever works, right..lol
