Muscle Pain Question
I'm a Middle School teacher and today I had to shout over the kids. When I did, I got this quick muscle pain really low on my belly. Has this ever happened to anyone?
I feel fine now but thought it was really weird

It's normal. Sneezing... coughing..yelling..getting up too quickly will all do that to you!!'
If it's quick,, only a few seconds..it's totally normal!!
