Murphy's law
is just so true... when the going is bad, it only gets worse before it gets better, right?
Having a bad week. I mean REALLY bad, depressing, miserable, the whole nine.
Today I had a well-visit for Alex with her doctor at 3pm. I scheduled this appointment specifically because I got a letter from her school indicating that if she didn't have her records in from her 2 year well visit by Dec. 17th, they wouldn't let her into school the next day.
So, I get out of work early, hop on the train, walk over to my car, and lo and behold, it won't start. Battery is dead.
I guess I should look at the bright side - I live only 4 blocks from the train station, and I was wearing my comfortable boots today!
