MURPHY'S LAW STRIKES AGAIN!
as soon as you become a homeowner, something will break!! thank god i knew this "curse" and was financially prepared.
we've been in our first home for all of two weeks, and the bathroom sink is CLOGGED!!!
thank god there is a plumber in the extended family

our bathroom sink was clogged too, we found out our 2nd day here. It was a big deal, we just seperated everything, DH installed new pipeing under the sink and it finally all worked out. Best of luck.

It could be worst, though.
We had a leak in the roof 2 months after we moved in and had to replace half the roof (which was only 5 years old).
