Multicultural Day
I have to bring in a dish from Italy for 20 kids for multicultural day. What is something easy to make or buy? Baked ziti was already chosen by another parent. Thanks!

Is it for the KIDS to eat?
If so, I'd do pizza, cannoli dip, something with nutella ..........
Don't bother with the work and cost of rainbow cookies, saussage and peppers or vodka sauce .......I don't know too many kids who would eat biscotti!

Thanks for all of your replies! They want us to bring actual food for the kids. I decided on tortellini with Alfredo sauce. It's easy to make and I think the kids will like it.
