Mucus Plug - I lost it, now what?
Or at least I think I did! I noticed some this morning, and then more, a lot more a little while ago.
From what I have seen, that doesn't neccessarily mean that I will go into labor right away, right?
How long after you lost your plug did you deliver?

I lost small amounts of it 2 weeks before and then nothing happened... Then I lost way more- next am I was in labor.

It can regen so losing it doesn't always mean anything.
BUT I would def watch for other signs. Time any contractions.

I lost a little bit at 37 weeks.
Then at 39w3d I lost more, a good amount. I left the bathroom to tell dh and my water broke. Ds was born the next am!

When I lost a tiny bit, it happened over weeks, once I lost a LOT of it, and there was some blood mixed in, within 24 hours for all. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. I have been noticing extra discharge, that was more mucus-like, but did not really think it was it. Until today, where the color was off and there was more.
Getting excited!!!

Agree.
I lost it 3 weeks beforehand with my first. A week before with my second. Internals seem to make it happen sooner (but not labor) for me. I'm 3 days overdue now and haven't lost it yet but I haven't had any internals this time around.

I lost what I thought was the entire thing a week before. There was quite a bit of it and it was like a snot consistency and not bloody (sorry if TMI). Then the day I went into labor one week later I lost even more of it but this time it was bloody and it was more like mucusy discharge than like snot. I had the bloody show part of it just hours before I was in serious labor.

I lost a but of mine 2 weeks before labor. But the day before labor I lost a lit of it and it was mixed with blood
