mucinex q
Has anyone here taken mucinex for CM? In the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility the author mentions taking either Mucinex or plain Robitussin to increase CM (which clomid dries out) but I couldn't find plain Robitussin (all I saw was the one w/ the letters) so I picked up the Mucinex... on what CD do you normally have to start taking it? How did it work for you? TIA!

I used the Robitussin and found it didnt do much for me. You're suppose to start taking it a few days or so before you O. I actually used Evening Primerose caps and they worked better for me.

i take it and it helps
you can get a generic version ( i use duane reade)
make sure the only active ingredient is
GUAIFENSIEN

I bought mucinex at walmart...it was around $10. I started on CD5 to coincide with start of clomid...I think my gyn said you can start it around day 9.
