Mucinex or Robitussion

This is cycle month 5 for me. I am use OPK and preseed. I want to incorporate ether mucinex or robitussion this cycle. I am on CD6, I O anywhere between CD 15 and CD 17.
When do I start taking it, which one is better, how much?

They both are basically the same. I would start taking it now up until you ovulate. I would suggest getting robitussin since mucinex is more expensive. I was taking 400 mg 3-4 times a day. Guaifenesin can be the only active ingredient. I think the box usually says robitussin expectorant. Don't get the one's that say cough suppressant (that can adversely effect cm). good luck!

Oh, just a warning..it makes your pee stink!!

If you take the big ones (mucinex) with only guefenessin (sp?) then they are 1200mg time release. I'd just take 1 per day. I think it says 1 per 12 hrs. I'd begin about 2 days before you normally O.
