Hi ladies,
Con someone please explain to me how mucinex works and when we should start taking it?

Mucinex
Supposedly Mucinex will help to increase your EWCM. I think you're supposed to take it 2x per day until your O and then for a few days after that.
I tried it and it did nothing for me and did not help me get a BFP, so who knows if it really works.

What I know: Mucinex breaks up the mucus in your chest and nose when you have a cold. The ingredient that it has in it (starts with a "G") i am a terrible speller, and im on my phone. the same ingredient will also make your CM thin so that sperms can swim with ease.

Yes please tell us how you took Mucinex. I don't feel comfortable taking it 2x a day for more than a week. Did anyone use it differently?

Just want to add that fertility treatments such as clomid tend to thicken CM so taking mucinex is a good thing if you notice less discharge. I may try it next cycle if this one doesn't pan out..
