i have a 27/28 day cycle
with an O day ranging from cd 12-15
i start on cd 8
plus i use preseed

i use maximum strength.
each pill has 1200mg of guaifensein(which should be the only active ingredient)
i follow the directions which says 1 every 12 hours and no more than 2 in 24.

I think I started taking it at 5cd but I think it was too early. My cycle was off that month and I ovulated late and ran out of pills before ovulation.

i took it a day before O (i take a trigger shot so i'm not sure of my O date until then!) and took it for 4 days.. i also took the 12 hour extended release... those things are expensive though!
