Mucinex
How quickly does it take for mucinex to kick in in aid for CM? FertilityFriend is lisiting today, CD 11 as a fertile day for me. DH and I planned on BDing tonight but my CM is not at all EW. If I take a couple doses throughout the day do you think it will make a difference? TIA!

I started taking mucinex last month and I honestly did not notice any difference. Of course that doesn't stop me from taking it

Yeah I have a feeling a lot of these little "remedies" are more mind over matter. But anything that makes my mind think I'm making ttc easier works for me!

Honestly i'm not 100% sure myself I'm pretty sure it does something to make the CM more condusive to carrying sperm. But don't quote me on that!

Mucinex and Robitussen are meant to loosen up mucus and congestion. You just have to be careful you get the plain kind that is an "expectorant" and not the one that says "suppressant" bc that will have the adverse effect.
