MTHFR moms
I have a copy of A and C. I was on Metnax before during and after pregnancy but recently haven't been taking. Do you still take it if you aren't currently TTC?
Should I be on it for life?

Not sure if I have MTHFR but the peri put me on it. They said I should stay on but its not covered by my ins and it $85/mo
