moving and sharing rooms. wwyd?

We are going to be moving late summer/early fall. The house we are buying has 4 bedrooms. 1 master. 1 that we will use as a guest on the same floor as us, and 2 on the third floor, with a bathroom they share. We have 2 girls 13 mths apart. At the time we move, they will be a little over 2.5 and 1.5. They currently have their own rooms. However, the layout of the third floor is such that 1 bedroom is huge, and the other is small. I would like to make the big room a shared bedroom, and the little room a shared extra playroom, and down the road, maybe a shared little "office" for them to do their schoolwork and such. But, do you think I should have them share as soon as we move, or should the little one go in the smaller room for awhile? My older DD is in a toddler bed, younger is in a crib. Older DD switched out of a crib at 19 or 20 mths when she started climbing out. WWYD?

That's what I am thinking. I am just a little worried that if one wakes up, it will wake up the other. But the rooms are so close that even if they were in different rooms, I think the same thing would happen. And when the younger one has a toddler bed, I am not sure how the sleeping arrangements will work! The older one tends to play for a bit before she climbs into her bed.... I wonder if they will let each other sleep?
