Movin' Out Closing
I just received an email stating that Movin' Out is closing December 11, 2005. Through the email they gave me a special discount offer that I had to pass onto you. If you order tickets before September 30, 2005 for performances from Sept 6 - Oct 30 (except Sat nights) the tickets are $55 for prime seats. You can call ticketmaster or order online with the code: TELE05.
I am going to talk to DH about us possible going again. I loved the show so much.

Really? It had more than 1300 performances and lasted longer than Contact and Fosse.

Me too - I love Billy Joel, have seen him countless times over the years but this show was just stupid, in my opinion. It was a waste of my money and time.

I have friends who are die hard Billy Joel fans, and they were dissappointed in it, that is why we didnt get tickets to see it.

I absolutely loved the show, as did my whole family - even my dad, who hates shows that are just music and dancing. I thought that they wove an excellent story together with Billy Joel's songs. The dancing was wonderful.

I love billy joel and I loved the show even more!!!
I gotta go see it again!!! DH even loved it and he's not a big Billy or Broadway fan!!!

We saw that show 5 times and I am definately going to try to go again before it closes. I am a broadway fanatic and it was definately one of the best shows I have ever seen. I am so sad its closing

Oh, it was so awful! 
I'm a Billy Joel fan, plus I work in the dance industry and know many dancers in the show (including three of the leads). I thought it was incoherent and stupid, the dance was so trite and not at all innovative...maybe I'm just overexposed, but I thought there's a much deeper, more interesting stories in those songs...I was definitely disappointed. But, actually my parents did love it.

We saw it last year and were very disappointed. We are big Billy Joel fans too. It just so happened that he was there that night and came out and song a few songs for the audience. That was the best part!!
