Mother's tea ?s
If you used Mother's Tea to help increase your milk supply:
-Do you feel it worked?
-How much per day did you drink?
-Did you consult your OB or pediatrician before starting it?

I was doing a few things to increase supply so I can't say the tea specifically worked but I have friends who only used the tea and swear by it.
I think I drank four cups a day. IIRC I followed the suggestions on the box. Sometimes I doubled up on the tea bags per cup.
I did not consult my OB before I used it.

I drink 2 cups a day. I can't say if it's the tea that's helping since I'm eating 2servings of oatmeal each day.
I will say that since I started both I pump 17-20oz a day. Before I was getting 11-15oz.
I did not talk to my doc

I used milk maid tea and it didnt do anything for me... I drank 2-3 cups a day... It actually tasted pretty good to me... No, i didnt consult OB
