Mothers Milk Tea

I need to start increasing my supply so I can pump enough for my DD when I go back to work. I know that the mothers milk tea is recommended. I just have a few questions-

1. Do you drink it once or multiple times per day?

2. Do you drink it for a couple of weeks, etc. until your supply increases and then you can stop. Or do you have to continue to drink for as long as you want your increased supply?

I'm clueless!

I drink it 2x a day, but with 2 tea bags in each cup. It tastes but it has given me a great supply.

I also take alfalfa supplements, it helps your supply too.

i drank it 3 times a day with 2 bags each time..you cant just stop it, unless you dont want your supply to stay increased..you have to keep drinking it..
it tastes eh, but alil honey does some wonders..

i also took fenugreek supplements..from GNC, and More Milk Plus elixir from Whole Foods
