DD is 15 months and a handful! DH works ridiculous hours, especially during the summer, and I am alone with her pretty much all of the time. (I teach so I will be home with her all summer.) I am considering getting a mother's helper for a few hours a few days a week, maybe a college student? I would be home, but just to have a second set of hands so I can get some things done around the house and keep my sanity. Has anyone had any experiences they can share with this? Any recommendations in the Islip/East Islip area?
