mothers day gifts
my husband keeps asking me what I want for mother's day. literally NOTHING comes to mind.
what are you all asking for or what would you like if you were able to choose?
(besides sleep and peace and quiet and wine)

I asked for concert tixs, a new pair of sperrys, and a new bag. The bag and shoes i found cheap on 6pm.com so hes getting a bargain lol

I realized that I didn't have a coffee mug that says MOM on it so he is getting me one of those from Life is Good and then ARt.com is having a 50% off sale on framing so he got a nice photo of DD and I framed.
Now I need to start thinking about Fathers DAy for him...

other things I have received in the past:
Nao by Lladro statue of a mother and child (1st mother's day)
Last year Costco had a gold necklace with a heart and I got that. I wear it every day.

I'd just like some effort put in. I'd be happy with DH helping DS make me some sort of cute craft that I can enjoy & save.
And letting me sleep would be nice, but I'm 9 mos pregnant, so that wouldn't happen anyway.

We don't usually exchange gifts - I just want to sleep in. We usually do brunch and it might actually be relaxing this year since the kids are a bit older and better behaved outside of the house.
ETA - But, if we did exchange gifts - I would love some giftcards and a day to shop with no kids and no guilt for being gone all day! (not on mothers day but, for mothers day lol)

I'd really just want the whole day to be spent with dd and DH. DH has been working like crazy and hardly her gets to spend time with dd. It would be nice to just hang with us 3 for the entire day.

I want those chocolate covered strawberries I saw on my Facebook feed. Oh and a cut and highlights but I would be doing that anyway. Maybe a mani pedi sat am if I'm not working. Another thing is just do anyway. Lol. We normally don't do gifts.

I am pretty sure I want a tattoo with my daughter's name and birth date. Probably won't get it til June though since we are.crazy busy this month.

in a perfect world, I'd love a gift certificate to a gym for a month (so I can take as many zumba classes as I want lol), or a massage... or flowers... or something having to do with dd - a picture frame, a personalized mug etc

I don't want any gifts...just happy to spend time together... last year he got me this whole spa gift card thing and I got mad at him for wasting money LOL but thats just me.
