mortgage commitment question
we got our commitment on 12/23 with conditions of paperwork we had to submit. The paperwork finally went to the underwriter last week. We were told we should hear something by monday.
Is it safe to assume we should get the clear to close or will the underwriter ask for more info? This has been such a long process.

I think it depends. We were cleared to close in under 30 days and never had to send in additional information.
