Morning Sickness has arrived.
I am 6W2D and got my first case of M/S today. I got sick after lunch today and have felt alittle off since. We have dinner plans with friends that I don't want to cancel. What is safe to eat? Thanks!!!

You should eat whatever makes you feel okay at this point. For me it was next to nothing. Feel better

Totally depends on the person. I found the less junky-food I ate, the better I felt. Maybe stick to plain foods without too much heaviness, until you can figure out if anything in particular triggers your m/s.

eat anything that makes you feel better. For me it was bread. That's all I ate for 7 weeks.

Re: Morning Sickness has arrived.
I will be 9 weeks on Monday and for the past few evenings I have felt really nauseous. I am craving only white foods - pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, etc. The thought of eating meat makes my stomach turn!
