Morning Sickness ??? Come In !!!
This is going to sound crazy but my friend said 2 strangers told her this & her Dr. (Her Dr. practices in Huntington)
She tried it and it worked!
For morning sickness drink lemonade & eat plain Lay's potato chips.
An excuse to eat a bag of potato chips is all I need!!!

It makes sense. I know a lot of girls have been having luck with sniffing lemons too.
And I think there is something about salt that helps too.

lemons def. helped me with some nausea but did not stop m/s altogether (I would sniff them and lick them oh boy that sounds a little bit naughty  )

i'm not sure about lemon (will try it today), but lime has been working. i have been putting a big piece in mineral water and have actually been able to stomach water in the last couple days.

Potato chips used to be all that made me feel better. My m/s has subsdided a great deal and so did the craving for chips.
