More Pics and Update
Well its been tough but I got discharged last night from the hospital. Oh it was so tough to leave my girl behind. I've been crying the whole day. I worry about her. She is doing great they said. She is learning to feed by nipple instead of tube-doesnt have her sucking reflex strong enough yet-this develops around week 34 and she was born at 32.5 weeks. She is now 33 weeks 5 days (8 days old). Hoping for her to be home around 36 weeks (still earlier than due date.

Oh, she is so precious!
I suppose you can take comfort in knowing that the hospital took such good care of you for all that time, they are going to take just as good care of your little baby!
Amazing how you probably felt as though she were always safe inside you, and now that she is no longer inside you... you just want to protect her at all times! She is beautiful and will be just fine!

she is beautiful - and so alert!!! i love her little hat 
as difficult as i can imagine it was to leave her in the hospital, i am so happy that you are well enough to be discharged!!! sounds like things are moving in the right direction - your little one will be home with you before you know it

She is beautiful!!!! And imagine if you had her full term. She would have had the longest hair. I can't believe how much she had at 32.5 weeks

Ann, she is beautiful
I know that you must feel weird leaving her but,she will be home with you in no time.
My dh was a preemie and my mil always tells me how hard it was for her to be discharged before he was.
I am glad that both of you are doing well

Ann-she is just too cute! I'm so glad you are home but I know it must be hard for you, hang in there. She sounds like she is doing beautifully and she will be home with you before you know it.

She is beautiful! I am praying she'll be home with you soon! I had to leave my DS at the hospital and it was heartbreaking every time I left the hospital. Hang in there!

We went to the hospital last night and she gained 1 more OZ. She is now 4 pds 3 oz. Taking some feed by bottle just has to get stronger and bigger.
