MORE GOOD NEWS!!
Well, we received our signed contracts today!! All is going smooth with our title search and I'm just waiting to get the appraisal back from the appraiser. Calling the mortage guy tomorrow to discuss the next step. Luckily our attorney is my dad so we got the good news tonight!
Closing date is scheduled for 3/7!!!!

Congratulations! I'm glad to hear things are moving smoothly. You hear so many stories of problems early on, it's good to know that some deals do move along. Your father is probably doing his best to keep it going also.

me too! We'll be a couple of days shy of our 1st anniversary (3/4/07). Oh well, hopefully we'll be in for St. Patrick's Day! (our favorite holiday being we are both irish!!)
