My husband & I are headed there Saturday for a long weekend. We are catching a Hockey Game while there. Looking for any good restaurants/things to do/things to skip/places to see. I've been there before, but it was about 15 years ago.

Below is the link to the google map for Montreal. Unfortunately I dont have the exact itinerary, but this should be helpful.

FOOD Montreal is truly an excellent food destination & there are countless options! This is a very brief cross section of highlights: Tuck Shop: http://www.tuckshop.ca/tuckshop/index.html Le Bremner: http://crownsalts.com/lebremner/ L'Express: http://restaurantlexpress.com/ La Banquise (poutine restaurant): http://labanquise.com/en/
I didn't eat at either of these places but they are on everyone's TOP lists for Montreal. When I return, I will certainly go: Joe Beef (home of the Foie Gras Double DownŠjust google it): http://www.joebeef.ca/ Au Pied de Cochon: http://aupieddecochon.ca/
Bagel options (I ate at both): http://www.stviateurbagel.com/ and http://www.fairmountbagel.com/ Markets: http://www.marchespublics-mtl.com/marches/jean-talon/ and http://www.marchespublics-mtl.com/ Smoked Beef (aka Corned Beef) sandwiches: http://www.schwartzsdeli.com/ and http://www.maindelisteakhouse.com/
Here's a great link to some other options: http://montreal.eater.com/maps/best-montreal-restaurants-38
