monthly electric bill
i know is impossible to answer accurately, but what do you think my monthly electric bill will be on a 900 square foot apartment
stove is gas
cac is paid for
any guestimates of what it would be
should i figure 200 monthly or close to 500 monthly
i dont know anything about this

I definately wouldn't say close to 500. I would think closer to 200 - maybe even less if CAC is not included!

We had a 1050 sq ft apartment and had to pay for the CAC... our bill was between 80-110 a month.

We have a 1200 sq ft apt w/ gas oven. Last month our electric and gas was $50. I would assume $50 - $100.

we pay $160 on balanced billing for a high ranch. ETA: we have gas stove and dryer

We had an apartment around the same size, we didn't pay for heat, hot water or gas (stove) and our bill was around $40-$50 when we didn't use the ac and around $80-$100 when we did.

I have about that size house, and its $105.00 a month. I have all the normal appliances and an elec dryer. I do cook with propane for now so that not included.

My old condo was about 1000sq ft and the bill ran between $75 -$125 a/month, everything was electric.

we have a cape and pay about 100 a month non budget.
i have gas dryer/stove.
I am also very conservative and hate to leave lights on for no reason.

Our apartment is around the same size.
Electric stove
Electric hot water heater
Wall AC unit
No washer/dryer
We pay $145/month year round.
For you, my guess would be around $100/month.
