Baby drama could be brewing in Hugh Hefner 's harem.

Holly Madison, one of the gals in Hef's trio of girlfriends, badly wants to give another child to the 81-year-old Playboy founder. In fact, some wonder if they're already expecting.

The 27-year-old stunner fed pregnancy whispers last week when Hef and his blondterage visited Monaco, and Madison shunned alcohol, wore figure-concealing outfits and skipped parties, including a 22nd birthday bash for fellow Hef-ette Kendra Wilkinson.

A Playboy rep assures us, "Holly is not pregnant, although she would like to be in the near future."

The alpha bunny in Hef's hutch has gone so far as to let Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt know she can handle the breast-feeding herself.

"I want to have kids with Hef in the next year or so," she told a journo. "When that happens, I just want it to be me and him."

Hef has four children (two with ex-wife Millie Williams; two with ex-girlfriend Kimberly Conrad ).

But he seems to have his hands full just looking after his girlfriends.

Last week, palace guards in Monte Carlo accused them and their E! reality show, "The Girls Next Door," of trespassing. Contrary to reports, they were not arrested. "They went back to meet Prince Albert II at the palace the next day and told him they'd been looking for him," a source told us. "He was like, ‘You know I don't actually live here. I have an apartment in town.' They had a laugh over that."

That was the figure we hear they put on photographs from their lavish 21st birthday party, which they celebrated on the weekend in Los Angeles. (They actually hit the age of majority last Wednesday.)

We hear her boyfriend Joel Madden's ex, Hilary Duff (who was to have been outfitted by YSL), hadn't been informed of the couple's attendance, but caught wind of it at the last minute and canceled 30 minutes before the party.

"He puts himself ahead of her. He always orders at restaurants before her and is rude to waiters. We just don't have a good feeling about him."

NEW York ladies can get carried away when it comes to a sample sale. A brawl almost broke out at the Tory Burch event at West 36th Street the other day. According to a witness, "Droves of women started pushing and shoving for the tunics and signature Tory flats." Unfortunately, two women who were not involved were blamed for the mess. After dropping thousands of dollars on purchases, the bargain hunters, with their children looking on, were stopped by a manager who yelled, "Never come back - you and your little kids are never welcome here again!" Our source says: "We were shocked since the little girls were well-behaved and not acting as immature as some of the other women." A rep for Burch said, "This is the first we've heard of anything like this. We don't operate our sample sale, but it's obviously of great concern to us since customer service has always been a huge priority at Tory Burch."

TMZ cameras spotted the duo eating lunch on Friday at Pastis in NYC -- and while they dined outdoors, allowing passersby to see them, the second they saw a camera, they took extreme measures; restaurant staff jumped in front of the couple's table in an attempt to block the shot, with one worker even trying to swat a camera. Djimon's driver proceeded to call the cops ... they didn't care either and didn't show up.

Inmate Paris Hilton spent Father's Day with her parents, and the hotel heiress gave him a card with his picture on it.

Rick and Kathy Hilton showed up at the Century Regional Detention Facility in a silver Chevy sedan about 7:15 p.m. and left about an hour later.

Asked about his Father's Day, Rick Hilton said, "It's not ideally my best."

The 26-year-old's parents said the "Simple Life" star is getting along better, though she's still cold.

"I thought her arm was broken," said Kathy Hilton, making a motion like someone shivering in the cold.
