Moms with 2 (or more) DC in daycare
OK how do you get 2 kids and 2 bags into the center. Who do you drop off and pick up first???
Yesterday was my first day and the entire process exhausted me. It stinks that there are 3 flights of steps and DD who is 21 months makes me carry her up them, while carrying a 400 lb infant carrier and 2 bags. I finally make it inside and then was like now what. I ended up bringing the baby into my DD's room and getting her settled first (since she is sooooo routine and I didn't want to drag her to the infant room.) Plus it was DS first day and I wanted to spend extra time with him before running off to work.
Then pick up - I got the baby first. It's just hard to juggle all the stuff and carry both of them. I convinced DD to walk down the stairs, but she still has to hold my hand and goes very slow....
There has to be an easier way that my tired brain can't figure out.
Thank goodness today is my stay at home day!!!

well the bags aren't big, but yes I do need to bring them. It has their food and any supplies that they need replenished.

Ok. Here's my morning but mine are a little bigger than yours (almost 3 and 11 months). I have 2 bags. My daughter's backpack and her lunch bag attached and then a bottle bag for my son. I put my DD's backpack on my arm and my son's bottle bag also on my arm. My daughter is a stickler for routine. I never brought in my son's infant carrier, I allways held him and left the carrier in the car. I go to my DD's class and put down her backpack and stuff. She then must walk with me to my son's class. I unpack him and give him to his teacher and then bring her back to her room. I then go back to my son's room and fill out his morning sheet and talk to his teachers. I do have to say it takes me like 20 minutes sometimes so I try to leave early but I like to talk to the teacher's in the morning to see how my DC are doing.

I would get Hannah a nice back pack and shove all the stuff in there. Then you can wear it on your back while carrying both kids
