Moms pregnant with #2

Can you believe we are about to do this AGAIN?

Sometimes DH and I think how easy it is now. DS is 4, he sleeps (although frequently in our room), goes to the bathroom by himself, can get himself a snack, we can go to GTGs and just sit and watch him run around, we dont have to chase him around.

Sometimes I cant believe we are starting all over again!

It's so funny you said this. Just after DS went to bed I was thinking, it's so nice how he puts himself to bed and sleeps through the night and I actually get "me" time in the evening.... yeah, that's all going to go bye bye It's gotta be worth it in the end though.

I didn't think this really with #2, since I knew I wanted DS to have a sibling...but now #2 is 4, I'm like

vacations were just starting to get easier...going to a store...independence...no diapers!

DS#1 is almost 22 months and we think the same thing! I was just going through my son's newborn clothes and I kept saying how I can't image another baby this tiny and small, all over again! 34wks tomorrow....freaking out already! (A happy freak out!)

Ack! I am due any day now and DD is 4.5. I feel the same way. What am I doing?

I'm so excited!!! I love love LOVE the age and stage my son (17 months) is at right now- he's so funny, and sweet, and he's really coming into his own now. He also has this incredible nurturing side to him that seems to be so instinctual for him! He always takes such an interest in the reaaalllyy young babies at daycare (like 2-3 months old), squatting in front of them and waving to them, kissing them on the head, rubbing their bellies so gently. It is the sweetest most adorable thing in the world and I can not even WAIT until he has his own little brother or sister to take care of

OMG- #3 will be here in two weeks.

I can't wait to meet him and see his own little personality but I can't believe we are starting over again.

But, we know how fast it goes! But sometimes I think- what am I doing?!

Some days I feel like I was just pregnant with my ds and other days it feels like it was so ong ago! Either way we are excited but knowing what we are in store for does make me a little nervous.

Yes...especially since DD is super attached to me and super jealous....both just started within the past few months so I hope it's a phase.

They will only be 20m apart

YES! I'm scared to death, Lauren is about to turn 2 and is just starting to sleep in a toddler bed, has been sleeping through the night for 6 months and can ask for what she wants and will soon be out of diapers and in 7 weeks, its all going to start all over!

I was thinking the same thing! DS is 14 months old, so him and this baby will be 19 months apart

it is hard starting over. Ugh... cleaning bottles again... .

But i'm excited to do it again.

I feel like i got jipped the first time with jacen. He was so hard for such a long time that we didn't enjoy it too much. So i'm hoping with this one, we can.

I have totally been thinking about this!!!

Mine is only 20 months, but none the less, he can do so much on his own that it's going to be weird to have a newborn all over again.

I was actually telling my DH the other night all the things I'm nervous about!!!

I'm shocked that I have to go through it all again. Maybe even shell shocked.

The night feedings, the pumping, the exhaustion. DS isn't even 2 yet and isn't potty trained and doesn't do a blessed thing for himself. What was I thinking!

But, I can't wait anyway! Especially because we are having the opposite sex, I'm thinking its going to be a whole different experience and I'm so looking forward to it.
