Mommy n Me Yoga?
Anyone do this? If so, how old is your DC?
There's a class near me for 6 weeks. DS is two months, I feel like he'll end up just sleeping in his car seat while mommy does yoga, in which case I can just go to a regular class - but curious if your DC does enjoy it?

I did this with Chloe when she was 7 months old. She really liked it! There was a baby that was 2 months old in our class.

I do it with DS!! (Toddler & mommy though!!)
I was going to do baby and mommy but I had a schedule conflict (it was only offered 1 dayxweek that I couldn't make.
My friends who do it LOVE it. The infant classes really are more for the moms, using the baby's weight and practicing poses etc. You also do a bit of massage with them etc.
The toddler one is more structured around the kids' skills, they practice stretches and poses but they're done with songs and rhymes and things. Then there's sharing, where each LO gets a little bell to ring and passes it to their neighbor to share (to BIG APPLAUSE!!!) and the wind down where they have drinks and snacks and get foot rubs by the instructor.. I find it great, esp. as a SAHM where his structured playtime with other toddlers is limited!!!
