DH just bought me a pink maryjane baby shoe charm today, for Christmas and I will have in engraved after  is born with her Name and DOB.

If you do a search on parenting I think it was Taeweezah started a thread looking for ideas.
I've always loved the Nelle and Lizzy rings but they are probably better for moms of 2 or more.
I had something similar to the one you posted made. It's a silver disc with their first and middle names on the front and their birth date, weight, height and time on the back. I love them, I never take them off.

at my shower Alex got me one of those children charms...its a lil girl and on the rim of the dress and the bow in her hair is her birthstone...i wear it everyday

when my son was born my dh bought me a charm bracelet and a little boy with diamonds on him charm...and then for mothers day he bought me a heart charm from tiffanys that says mom. i'm assuming when our daughter is born i'll get some form of a girl charm. we'll soon find out!!

My friend has this! It is pretty but unless you look up close you can'ty really see the names. But it is really pretty
