Mom has me.......

planning my own shower!!! She booked it this past weekend when we were on LI (this is the only detail I don't know) but she asked me to

Send her invites I thought were cute
Send her favors I thought were cute
Pick out a "theme" etc...

I guess this is what I'll be doing with my time at home- LOL.

OH and I'm now a compulsive registry editing FREAK. I keep going on and adding/deleting items as people tell me, "Oh this was such a waste- you'll never use that, etc"

Well at least now you will be occupied! My mom had me do the same thing for her and I must admit - I loved it!!! It was a lot of fun!

you think thats bad. i picked my place and did all the pricing. did all the favors, table centerpieces, games and prizes for my shower. even down to the wording on my own cake. whatever it takes to keep you busy. oh and i created my own invites too. my mom said i did such a good job i did it for my sister in law whos shower was a month after.

I'm helping out my moms too with the shower. I went with them to a few places and they picked the place. My MIL is doing the invitations, so I sent her some links to different ones (I don't know which one she ultimately picked). I also helped my mom by giving her some ideas for favors and centerpieces...

I too, am a compulsive registry freak as well!
