Mob Wives
Loved it!!!!! I think it's going to be one of the best reality shows!!
Renee seems fake, and like the other women said too into the "Mob" thing, but from the previews it seems she gets over the Karen Gravano thing.
I like all the other girls so far.

I could not stop watching that train wreck. Those women look used and abused.
Between the super exaggerated accent with the raspy touch to it, I couldn't take it. It's like they've been smoking since birth  . We have a lot of friends in SI...thankfully they don't sound that bad

First off, the one that is coming back from AZ, I think she needs a reality check. Not everyone here will know who she is walking down the street. Just those from her old "circle" will. I wouldn't have clue who these women are if they walked past me!
And the previews where there were physical fights in a bar and one of their homes
How down and out could these women have been to participate in this show?? And seriously, I can not fathom how true mafia would want to put themselves out there!
There was just so much wrong with this show. But of course, I love the trash and will watch.
And one more thing - I DO NOT SOUND LIKE THAT. They were trying WAAAAY to hard!

I wondered about this too.
I've heard of Renee's dad and of course Sammy "The Bull" Gravano and was thinking that this show can't be a good thing for them because like you said, I wouldn't know them if I tripped over them.

I cant even imagine how any of these guys would want their wives & daughters lives broadcasted on National TV. Doesn't that bring so much attention to them? And seriously South Finn restaurant- come on now... How could they allow this trash to be filmed there? I'm actually suprised it wasn't at Angelina's.

I was watching it and didn't even think it was South Fin at first bc that was one of the last places I expected it to be. But from what I know about Angelina's you are so right!
Also, I need to rewatch this, they filmed in Lee's Tavern too???
The show got ripped on SI Live too.

I watched 5 minutes last night and couldn't keep it on. The way they "tawk" makes us Italian NY'ers look like jacka$$es and the way they act is just out of control. I wouldn't want to know anyone like them so I will not support their show...hopefully enough people don't and it gets cancelled! After all, who justifies the Mob anyway? Isn't this something that people are against?

I loved it! I think it is very entertaining. i can't believe Renee would give Karen a hard time about her dad selling people out when she just signed up for a TV show where she goes on and on about her family being in the mob and the bad things they have done. I can't believe "The Family" allows her on this show. I also think it is so funny how she is out shopping and buying furs and she is driving around in this little Nissan.
