MLS question...help me out

I'm looking at houses on MLS and I am having trouble with how big lot of land is.

Sometimes it is written as 100 x 100, 80 x 100, and I understand that. I know in those terms how big my parents lot is as well as my inlaws.

However, I just looked at a house that has .27. I get this is about a quarter of an acre, but what does that mean in lot size? I also see a lot of .13, what about that one?

Re: MLS question...help me out

It could vary. Could be 100x100ish, could be 50x150ish, 60x140ish, etc....length and width could vary.

Also...if you google acre conversion, you will get a calculator that you can figure out .13, which I believe is about 50x100ish (I could be wrong, but around there).

Re: MLS question...help me out

I posted the EXACT same question a few weeks ago.

I believe that .25 ish is like 100x100.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
