Each day gets better and better, I promise! I wish someone would've told me that after my c-section. Take the pain meds so you can get up when you're allowed to and walk the halls. I forced myself to shower and I felt a ton better.

aww hun, it just takes time. i know you had a rough pregnancy and was hoping delivery would ease your pain, but no one really tells you that the first month or so post partum is SUCH a rollercoaster. especially when you have a baby in the NICU, it's not easy. give yourself a break, take your pain meds, and remember that you WILL feel better!!!
good luck to you, hoping your baby(ies) come home with you soon!!
