mini pill and AF question
I am BF and have been on the mini pill for about 3 months. I have not had AF at all since or any bleeding.
For the first time this morning i saw some spotting, but I am midway through my pack of pills for this month. I have heard that breakthrough bleeding is not that uncommon on the mini pill, but does that mean that I am going to start getting AF? or can you have some breakthrough bleeding but still not get AF? I was enjoying these post partum AF free months!

You can definitely have breakthrough bleeding with no AF, especially because the mini pill is 4 weeks of active pills, instead of 3 like the regular pill. I had one or 2 occasions of spotting a few months before AF returned (which wasn't until 11 months PP, btw!).
