Mini crib??
I live in a 2bdrm Apt with very limited space. I was thinking of getting a "mini crib" (I saw them in BBB yesterday)
Anyone have one? Are they worth it or should we just spring for the full size? We're hoping to be in a house within 1-1.5yrs. So the crib with really only be used in my bedroom for maybe like 4-6 months-ish.
I mean i could just bring it to my moms or MIL when i'm done and get the baby a normal crib/dresser set.

Hmmm, if you are going to have more children maybe it's worth it for you but to me they seem really tiny and not worth it.

If the baby is going to be in your room with you maybe get the arms reach mini cosleeper? which I have and is awesome. BUT what I have used almost all the time from recommendations of moms on here is the rock and play sleeper It really is awesome, my baby is 15 weeks and sleeps so well in it swaddled. I will move onto the cosleeper again when I put him on his tummy. If I had known about the rock and play I would have just gotten that from the beginning. Its awesome and keeps baby elevated and cozy while being safe, it also fold in half to be stored.

Yea i think we're definitely done after this one lol this was NOT planned and we wanted to wait at least another year or so.
Maybe i'll just go for the full size or even a PNP.

I had a minicrib with my second child. We were in a small 2 bdrm apt and things were very tight. It was AWESOME. It was deep enough that she couldn't get out of it, but also had a much more supportive mattress than a pack and play. We used it until she was 10 months, when we bought our house, and then took my DS's crib out of storage at that point. I would TOTALLY recommend going with the minicrib, especially if you aren't planning on having more space for over a year. It was also great because we could store things underneath it, which you can't do with a pack and play.

You will get a lot of use out of a PNP, I think that's a smart option. Syd slept in hers for the first 8 weeks in our room.

Yeah, mine was a peanut We never would have gotten away with it for that long with my DS!
