Is Richard's still open? They had the best, freshest food. I know a few years ago they used to be open to the public so I'm not sure if they are strickly catering now.

both the St. James and Eleanor Rigby's are good. I used to work in the Citibank building and would go there often.
there's also the pizza joint up the street, but it's not really a restaurant.
